Chairman of the Board

Todd is a Senior Vice President and the Public Relations and Business Development Director of Merchants & Marine Bank. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Bacot McCarty Foundation.
He currently serves as President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County, is on the Gulf Coast Community College Foundation board of directors and serves on several other key Advisory Councils throughout the Gulf Coast region. As its yearly co-chairman, he has been the catalyst and driving force behind the Jolly McCarty Memorial Celebrity Golf Classic, an event that has become the largest fundraiser for youth, education and cultural programs in Jackson County’s history.
He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Salvation Army of Jackson County, President and Board Member of the Pascagoula Rotary Club, where he is also a Paul Harris Fellow, President of the Gideon Ministry, Vice-Chairman of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Habitat for Humanity organization, and Jackson County Chairman of the 2008 Jimmy Carter Work Project. He is Vice-Chairman of the Gulf Coast YMCA, and was a founder and Executive Board Member of Rebuild Jackson County, which helped to start the regions recovery after Hurricane Katrina.
Todd is a graduate of USM, Leadership Jackson County, Leadership Mississippi, and the Gulf Coast Business Council’s Masters Class.
He hosts weekly television shows and has been honored as the Volunteer of the Year by several local agencies. The Mississippi Legal Services Corporation selected him as the State of Mississippi's Southern Region's Top Community Leader, and he was honored by the Sun Herald newspaper & Governor Haley Barbour with his induction into the Roland Weeks Hall of Fame as one of South Mississippi's Top Community Leaders.
